can anyone please advise, I had a new pump fitted in my electric flush toilet a few weeks ago and away last week it wouldn't work again. Is there a fuse somewhere that might have blown, the one in the compartment where you pull the cassette out to empty it is still ok,is there another somewhere else??
it is a Abbey Vogue 216 gts 2003

The system could be suffering from black bits that build up causing the pump to clog up and malfunction. Try treating the tank with a recommended dose of 'Milton' first and leave it overnight and see if the pump will flush then. Black bits usually accumulate if you use the pink fluid in the flush tank then drain it out for winter as bacteria forms in the slightest pool of water left in the system.
The video in the link below may help.

Use a circuit tester to check you have voltage either side of fuse but if fuse has blown then there will be a reason for that which you will need to fix.

Hi iccy.
The fuse at the rear of the cassette may look OK but it is quite common for the fuse holder to get corroded.
Remove the fuse and clean the holder with a nail file. It normally cures it!
Good luck

It would help if we know which toilet you have as there are design differences between say the C200, C250, C260etc.

The usual failure point for the pump is the circuit board under the overlay for the flush button
