This place would be a good bet, have used them a few times and always had very good service.

Hi,
Not had it on the camper but had it happen with our household oven. It is a nightmare, all the food was covered in glass so that was a bin job.
I agree with blueexpo97 ,above firm has always been good for us too.
Regards,
Greg

Hi , this happened to us the first time we used our new oven a few days before Christmas about 5 years ago , the inner glass had been fitted the wrong side facing the oven ,there is normally a small transfer in one of the corners denoting which way round it should be installed ,hope this sheds some light on what may of happened , had to cook the turkey round at my mums that year then bring round to ours as we had all the family at home for crimbo
Hi me again , just googled it and could find no mention of having to fit the glass the right way round ??? I was relaying what the guy who replaced the glass told me and showed me the transfer , Hmmmmm the plot thickens

It might be worth contacting Thetford and see what they say. Some caravan makers work appliance warranty claims via the likes of Thetford.

Might also be worth letting trading standards know as a potential safety issue. Contact them via citizens advice consumer service on 03454 04 05 06. The TS team for where you live and also where the trader (thetford in this case) will automatically be notified. You can also use this online form:

Loulee this just happened to us with a Thetford aspire 2 oven. Did you get sorted. Everyone is saying I need to order the whole door, tried explaining it's held in with 2 screws so why would I want a complete door. Although one company said I can order one wether it's correct is another thing. But looking near £40 to post it to Northern Ireland

I repair domestic appliances and this thing happens. It was 4 year old, manufacturers ask a load of questions, basically putting the problem down to the condition of the glass, scratches etc, the way it's used also.

Hi we have a thetford aspire2 and the outer glass door has shattered as the handle worked loose and when we tried to open the door it shattered. Can we just get replacement glass door or do we have to have new door complete ? Rang thetford but glass not covered under warranty after 12 months 😩
