After 8 weeks of non use since new year, I have had our hot water system fail at some point during storage (drained before storage). The pump runs correctly and I am able to fill the heater chamber without issue. The cascade switch box is showing a constant green light as is the control panel switch. But there is no attempt to light the gas to heat the water.

If I open the cascade switch box and unplug the DIN plug, noting still happens, all lights are still green, but if I plug it in slowly, in a way that appears to make contact with roughly the centre 3 pins of the DIN first, then the Electric Gas Valve clicks open and the igniter clicks away and the system sparks up as it should until I make contact with the remaining pins, then it just shuts down again still showing all green lights.
