Searched the forum and could not find any information on where I can get the white in line plug in that you find on a number of caravan sockets such as CBE.
I am looking to add some additional sockets and want to use CBE or similar as they appear to match (or close to) those in my Bailey. They all come with these white plug in connectors which I don't particularly wish to simply cut off and then add connecting blocks.
Has anyone come across these connectors? Do you know what their name is or where I can buy them? Buy the looks of it I need the female version on my 240v spur.
Thanks for responding. I cannot find a way of adding photos direct and so with no other responses I will revert to a standard block of electrical connectors.
I think I know the connectors you mean- they just allow a prewired socket to ne plugged into the mains wiring harness..?
The CBE sockets should have a cylindrical cover on the back. You squeeze top and bottom close to the socket, and it comes off. Then you can wire into the socket as per the original, and run the cable through the cover, using one of the break out points for this purpose. Better than terminal blocks.
