hi advice needed my toilet doesnt always work when i press flush button if i rotate the open and close valve it starts again any help with this problem would be most helpfull

Ian, sorry but I am not familiar with the C2, but intermittent operation is often down to a poor connection - a broken wire, corroded / loose terminal, which is being disturbed by the rotation. Dismantling required I think
