Hi Colin

You need to create a styrofoam sandwich (aluminium, styrofoam, ply wood). I have used Soudals Fix All Flexi adheasive/sealer. It has to be solvent free. You'll need to apply pressure from both sides to get a good fix so you'll need clamps etc. I'm doing a similar thing with my Elddis Hurricane. Very time consuming but it'll be worth the effort.

Sounds like you're going to be busy, good luck with it! 👍🏻
