Was this a dealer purchase? If so, I would refer this matter back to them pronto-these are seriously expensive.
Our 2011 Thetford fridge freezer failed in the first week after purchase, as was replaced under warranty-which I was pleased about as mine retailed for £1175 (!) at the time.
The upside is I'm pretty sure the N112 is obsolete so at least you'll get the latest model.
Oh, and a tip. If its is to be replaced, be sure to specify right or left hand door. Although doors can be swapped over with more fiddling about than you would like, the fascia (on mine at least) is handed and I had to buy a new one.
