we have Lunar Stellar '04 and last trip out the water pump would not turn off after drawing water from the container, checked that all connections at the pump/van were clean , so were having to turn off at the wall panel, any suggestions as to remedy people? thanks

If the pump was functioning okay previously and the pressure switch hasn't been altered then a low voltage leisure battery will cause the water pump to run continuously as it doesn't support enough power to stabilise the current. The advice is to get a voltmeter and physically test to see how much power is in the battery. If connected to a mains hook up supply and the battery is proved to be low then you need to test the onboard charger to make sure that a current is being distributed to the battery.

Sometimes an airlock will fool the pump into thinking there is no water coming through. I've had this happen to me on a couple of occasions.
I turn the pump off at the main switch, disconnect the pump and remove it from the water container, shake it a little then put it back together and turn on the power, this generally cures it.
You might also want to open all the taps for a short while to release any air.

Hope that helps.
hi, no problem with water supply into the outlets, and even when after refilling the container, but will have a go in the week, i have just re charged the battery -- [was not that low ]as per early suggestion but have no time till middle of week to re connect and try it out, will give results when i find out what happens

If there are micro switches you will see wires under the taps. (Faulty micro switches have been known to cause this problem). If there's no micro switches you will have a pressure switch turn it round (clockwise I think to turn it down) see if that works. There is a previous thread on this topic here
To rule out the pump next time you're away in the van ask a neighbour if they'll let you borrow their their pump, if the problem is replicated with their pump the problem is in the van.

hi no wires just hot and cold feed to a mono block, will check out with BiL with his pump to see if the problem is pump or anything else, thanks for your time

We had this happen on our Lunar and it was a micro switch found near to the pressure switch. However we regularly have this happen and have to reset the pressure switch itself.

Sometimes a little rain must fall before you reach a rainbow.
The work will wait while you show the child the rainbow, but the rainbow won't wait while you finish the work.
Sometimes the pressure switch is part of the block where the Aquaroll is connected, with access to the switch from inside the van.
Other times its a white entirely separate device with a wheel on top, usually in a bed bunk for easier access.
This type needs adjusting when switching form 12v to 230v and vice versa.
Turn a cold tap on, so the pump is running, close tap and straight away turn the wheel clockwise down as far as it will go without forcing it. The pump will remain running
Now turn the wheel anti-clock for several turns until the pump stops, then a further half turn. This should give a base point so only a small adjustment either way if required.
Once set on either voltage it should remain stable. If you hear the pump kick in when all taps are off, then a very small leak may have developed - even a dripping tap.
