Can anyone help by explaining how to remove the old electrode so that I can order a replacement? I have taken the bottom off and can see the electrode but can't work out how to remove the old one.

I need to see how long it is before I can order a new one

Looking at the expanded diagram on leisureshopdirect it looks like there is a small self tapping screw under the electrode bracket holding it in place, not sure if it is get-at-able without removing other parts tho. I also noticed that there were 3 different lengths of electrode available.

Sorry for the length of time elapsed but I didn.'t see your reply until now. I didn't notice the screw while I was under the van but agree with you now that I have seen the expanded , I will look for it next time I go under there
