I could do with some advice, just upgraded from a Storm to a super Sorocco and absolutely love it (2009). Question: It took me a little time to work out the improved (IMO) Water Pump system. Previously on my Storm I had the actual pump would sit inside the water tub however on the upgraded system it’s sits inside the caravan (see Below ) - from what I’ve read if the lever is pointing towards the A Frame them is uses the source of the water is from the outside barrel however if the lever is pointing towards the rear of the caravan then it uses the on board water tank as the source. I’m getting a fair bit of air locks inside the system (mainly when using the on board tank as source and yet this is supposed to be the stronger pressure of the 2 when showering etc. Anyone else have these air locks and how you correct it ?

The system may have been drained down prior to your purchase, so check any pipework retaining clips on the input side of the onboard pump are properly in place, to avoid air being drawn in.

On first fill it can take quite a while for all air to be purged, especially from the hot water boiler
