Hi,
Developed a problem on above heater in campingcar (French motorhome). The pilot lights ok but when the control knob is released there is no whoosh or roar as usual and the light remains just as a pilot so barely any heat.On the face of it from the outside the safety pilot valve is working, I removed the heater and the valve turns and seems to spring up and down ok.Any ideas please, I dont suppose there is a way of dismantling the valve or testing if in fact it is working.
