We appear to have a leak from the rear under-bed wet locker door despite re-sealing it with outdoor silicone.
The thin plastic door seems to be constantly damp (condensation?) and damp readings on the floor around the locker are nearly 40%! Rest of the van has readings of under 10%.
Any thought on what the problem could be? Will be getting any engineer out shortly to investigate.
Been there got the soggy T-shirt. I think you will find the problem is actually in the door assembly.
I too found damp and water just inside my under-bed locker and in the so called 'wet-locker' on our S7 Burgundy, I too resealed and replaced the outer door seal, all to no avail.
The door is an assembly of plastic parts held together with clips and between the frame and the flat 'door' panel is a small foam seal which compresses over time allowing rain water to seep in. You can buy a new one from Bailey Parts (Wet Locker Infill Gasket, Part Number: 1120001) but it's a devil of a job to get the clips off, it can be done and it will save you a fortune coz that's how much a new complete door is.
I thought I'd be safe because the water ingress seeped into the wet-locker tray and it would safely drain out through the 2 holes in the bottom, nope, it ran down the 9 screw threads which held the tray to the floor and rotted it. It's fine now I replaced the section on floor and slung the tray as far as I could.

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Hi Neil, it's not one I recognise I think it's for a later model and it's a different shape.
I've just visited my old order on Bailey Parts Direct and although the gasket is there, it no longer recognises the item or the part number currently, that's a pain. My guess is they have no more in stock.
I have tried Thetford-Europe on their web site and found nothing either. Its a Thetford No. 5 door.
If it were me I would split the door and permanently seal it with the appropriate sealant/non hardening adhesive that will adhere to plastic.
