Ignore got some now.

Bit cheeky but would anyone have a spare mtr or so of grey awning rail protection strip they would sell me as I really don't need the 12 mtr bundle they sell it in just a mtr or so. I just need a bit to add on to the bottom of the rails to overhang and stop water going under the van.

go to a caravan place ask them to cut you a strip off so you can take it home and try it for size.

Would awning piping or awning beading do the same job? Google it - you can obtain in white or grey and it is sold by the metre.

So your saying your seal has shrunk ! If so take out & wash in hot/warm soapy water & put back in leaving 1/2" out of the end ! Mine had shrunk on my 18yr old van & when i resealed the rails thats wot i did & they are still sicking out 2" from the end ! DO NOT fastern them UNDER the VAN !
