Guys I know this is a regular Topic but just wanted some advice please. The info plate on side of my van shows Tyre pressure to be 62psi this seems very high.Should I still be guided by this ?.
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
As a general guide, have a look at the maximum psi. pressure on the tyre wall and if it's more than 62 psi. it should be okay. If it's less than 62 then there's a risk of a blow out.
Various commercial tyres are constructed differently depending on size and rating etc. that's why some tyres have a higher volume of air pressure than others.

Assuming you've not changed the tyres to a different spec, then yes, go by the rating on the label. Commercial tyres on single axle vans do usually run at a far higher pressure than expected, mine currently run at 58psi.
I apologise for the slight off topic. But I have been sorting my 'van, prepping it for our first trip soon
Anyway, the tyre pressures on both were at 41psi. The plate says 51psi, so I've pumped them both up to that.
But I thought it was a bit odd that both tyres would have deflated to the exact same pressure and it made me wonder if the Tyron makes any difference, ie they have not deflated but were set at 41psi from the last service? I doubt it, but thought it would be worth asking as (I'm a newbee)this is the first time I've pumped the tyres up.
