I am looking to have a go at repairing one side of our caravan which has got a spongy wall. Last year we resealed the complete outside.
Can anyone point us to any videos on the web, that show you how to go about doing this repair? I know I have seen one a while back, but can't seem to find it again.
I was going to ask the same thing as I have just had the caravan serviced and a couple of damp patches were found in the washroom wall. The technician discovered about 5 tiny pinprick holes in the outside that must have let water in. The van had a cover on for the winter and I had taken it off a couple of days before the service. It must have been damp when I covered the van in Oct and it's got spongy over the winter. It's a 1995 ABI Sprinter so not worth paying a professional to fix but I'd like to fix it myself. I hope to get another couple of years use of the van.
As well is two words!
