Is there anyone out there that is restoring a 1968 Bailey. I have one here in Canada and have some basic questions about a restoration I am doing.
If you have a 1968 Bailey, please contact me for idea exchange, parts sourcing, and general information chatting...
I'd hate to think I was the only person to think enough of these things to be the only restorer of one.
Thanks ...Mike in Nova Scotia, Canada

Hi, I hope this does not sound all wrong. I can see from your 'outfit' description you are the owner of a Bailey Mikado Caravan. Quite a few caravan owners do come 'over' to comment on posts in this, the Motor Home and Campervan section of the members forum.
You may even get replies from MH owners that have perhaps owned a caravan previously. However I would suggest posting exactly the same thing in the caravan section also.
For my input on here for you. We did have an Ace Airstream for a number of years and I cannot recall if it even had a 'bathroom' in it. Some things I do remember about that old van, was it had a foot pump to pump water from the water tank, and gas mantle lighting. A double bed upfront and a single at the back with a bunk above. We had wonderful times in that van. Good luck with your enquiry, and your restoration.
