In our van we have a manual Thetford toilet. When we turn the large knob to bring in the rinse liquid it brings in very little. It is all topped up with rinse fluid etc. So I think the manual pump must be faulty in some way. Is it easy to get the parts to repair the pump? If so does anyone have any links where I can get them?
Or I know this sounds dramatic is it easier to replace the whole toilet?

Have a look at a previous post and scroll down till you see the complete toilet which is the older Thetford bench type toilet. If yours is the same type then it's a Thetford C4 model so this at least gives you a lead on looking for a replacement pump.
Return to this thread confirming if it is the same model or not.
Yes, it's the same model toilet we had in our 1992 Coachman Genius that's why I was familiar with it when you said the round dial flush. However, it does sound like the manual pump needs replacing but there is information online such as youtube which helps now you have identified the model number of the toilet.
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Thanks for that, we also need a new cassette as well. Cant decide if we should just replace the whole unit instead. Are they easy to replace the toilets?
