If it's a Thetford battery box like mine each pin look a bit like a plastic nail and have a 'T' shaped piece at one end and a point at the other, if this is the case, just push the pointed end in towards the hinge mechanism itself or pull thr T piece along it's length. It should suddenly move out of it's fixed position in the housing and continue to slide out through the hinge.
Slacken each one first then remove the pins one at a time and the door is free, refit in reverse order.
