Grampian 91,thanks for reply, do you mean the alarm will have its own back up battery,? ......Dave S1,our van is a Fleetwood,so no longer,in business,but I have found info online,Haegil,who I have contacted and they need a email with details,for security ?so they probably mean VIN number,......

Unfortunately we have no idea what make,the only info is what I have found online,which,when describing remote key,I found Sola-larm ??,which looks like ours,but it's a bit of a long shot,.......we have found another key among the stuff,but that doesn't work either and we are a bit reluctant to try to clean it up after the first one seems to have suffered more damage!!,so the second key Has been sprayed with WD40,"just around the terminal " (his words not mine ).So ,the plan for the weekend ......is to try to trick the alarm by not opening the door until we have connected to hook and let it (warm up ) HA! HA! / hunt for the alarm/contact Haegil to see if they have our type of key hopefully one out of the three will produce a good result . Thank you for advice ,will post any results .
