That's the Dometic Heki 2 skylight.
If you look at the rectangular frame, there are 10 small rectangular covers that cover the securing screws which there are two at each end and three along each side. You have to get a stanley knife and carefully prize each one up taking care not to snap the fixing lugs. Once you have removed all of the covers you undo all the 10 surrounding fixing screws but will need a second person to help lift the frame down, it's not heavy but awkward to do it on your own. Attached to the frame are the two tensioned rollers, one being the plain roller blind and the other being the flyscreen. At each end of the rollers are two brackets, one with a round hole and one with an 'L' shaped slot and the slot is the end that is tensioning the roller or flyscreen. You have to push in the spindle with a small screwdriver then try to lift out the roller but as it lifts, the spring will release and all tension is lost. To fit the replacement flyscreen you have to first roll it up the correct way then wind approximately 13 turns to achieve the tension then insert the spindle back between the mounting brackets putting the tang into the vertical position of the 'L' shaped slot first. I had to wind mine about 15 times to achieve the correct tension but you have to do this by trial and error. Carefully put the spindle tang back into the vertical slot without losing the tension then manipulate the tang from the vertical position back into the horizontal position and the flyscreen is then fully fitted (the fitting of the roller blind is exactly the same procedure). Test the tension of the flyscreen and if satisfactory refit the frame back up to the ceiling in the reverse procedure but be careful with the 10 covers when replacing as plastic hardens over time so they can become brittle so replace with care and job done.
A new flyscreen can vary in price but they average around the £55 mark but I have a used one in good condition which you can have for £15 plus the P&P if you are interested.
You haven't put a location in your profile so don't know how local you are to me.

wow! Thank you so much for your reply. We are due to go away in a couple of weeks, so are now debating whether we have time with work commitments etc if we will do before we go. We are in Livingston in Scotland, so are quite a bit away from you. I will let you know if we are going ahead.
You can always buy a second hand frame complete with both rollers off Ebay but they don't come cheap that's why I opted to have a crack at replacing the flyscreen. I managed to to repair the old flyscreen afterwards (which I didn't think was possible) but it's no use to me now so it's a bargain at £15 plus the p&p.
Hi, my main rooflight in the loung area of my Bailey Pageant Monarch 02 needs replacing.
My regular Mobile mechanic is fully booked so I've had to resort to contacting main dealer for a price on supply and fit - but I anticipate a big bill!
Is my replacement a Heci 2 ? if I could buy one my son could fit it for me.
Ive put a tape and it is 90mm x 60mm.
Any advise on correct size would be helful
regards

Dear Tango55,
I'd love to hear a little more on this. One side of mine has become ragged and no longer sits in the grove, leaving a gap for all sorts of nasties to get in. Did you reform the edge or replace the material all together? If so, what material did you use?
