The link that Jeff posted (above), if you look at item number 22 it's a big 'O' ring that seals the tank from the shroud and it's most likely that this rubber 'O' ring that has hardened or broken. You will have to remove the complete tank from the caravan to undertake the repair then the centre spindle will have to be undone by the locking nut which will then split the body from the shroud. You will then see the 'O' ring and it's just a matter of putting it back together and using fresh sealant around the shroud afterwards.
