Hi, just had my two year old swift freestyle serviced and ever since it doesn’t give any heating or hot water.Anyone with any suggestions would be much appreciated.Ive tried the settings but still no luck.

Are you trying it on gas or electric?
Is everything else working?
Are all the gas taps in the correct position?
Are all the trips in the on position?
Are there any reset buttons that need to be pushed in?

I expect something has been turned off during the service and has not been turned on again. Have you tried asking the workshop if they have turned something off?

Hi Rob, many thanks for that.Couldnt see anything this morning when checked .I'll ring the service engineer and ask him if he turned anything off.Will go through the list that you posted me just in case I missed anything .once again many thanks.
