Good advice above, Or:-
You don't say how old the caravan is or whether or not you have a micro-switch controlled system.
If you have then I would suggest that the switch on the hot tap could be failing.
You can check this by opening the tap and waiting for the water to stop running. Leave the tap open and then open another tap. If the first tap then flows I would suspect the micro-switch is indeed faulty.
