Can anyone suggest any help?
We have a Whale hi flo watermaster system in our xplore.
No water comes from the taps.
Submersible pump has been tested ok.

Calibrated ok.

But when turning on master & pumb switch on control panel, nothing happens.
We have tried changing fuses and looking for any obvious loose connections etc.

Sadly just came to end of warranty :(

Any help appreciated.

It could be dirty contacts at the inlet connector so try cleaning the two brass connections where the pump clips onto the water inlet housing and see if the pump runs then. Has the leisure battery been checked with a voltmeter to see what voltage is in the battery because if the voltage is low it will operate the lights put the water pump requires a lot more power.

I will try cleaning the brass contacts, but they do look ok.
I think its something more sinister. :(
The battery looks ok on the ontrol panel...but I guess that could be wrong.

Thanks so far for help

The battery gauge on the control panel is just a guide to show roughly how much charge is in the battery but an accurate test with a meter will clarify exactly how many volts there are. Before my battery gauge was rectified it was showing 12.5 volts but when the battery was tested with a voltmeter it was actually 12.8 volts which indicated that the gauge was faulty. There's no reason for it not to work the opposite way by showing 13 volts when actually there is much less. Checking with a votmeter takes all the guesswork out of it.

Does this model have microswitches on the taps? If so try bypassing the switch with a bit of copper wire to test it.
