Morning All

My kitchen tap is coming loose in my 2016 Lunar Lexon 580. I cant see how to get to underneath to tighten. Any ideas? No chance from the outside...
Is it a sink out job?

Thanks

If you cannot get to it removing the fridge top vent as i have done on some caravans, cannot you get access through cupboard. You normally need a long box spanner to tighten the nut.

I will have a look in the cupboard although it has a drawer at the top that I will have to remove.

Yes in our caravan I had to remove the drawer when I fitted new tap,but as I said you will most probably need a long box spanner to tighten nut as could not get on the nut with an open ended spanner.

I managed to tighten mine after removing the drawer and the shelf (Lunar Stellar) and lying on the floor reaching up with vice grips, and plumbers’ pliers. Not easy, but doable.

Same happened with bathroom tap and still to fix that.

The swivel tap on the washbasin of our Swift kept working loose due to the securing nut slackening off. To rectify this, I first tightened the nut, then followed it up with a nylon nut. Problem solved.
Bertie.

I have the same problem, with my lunar clubman. But it has a dummy drawer that can't be taken out.

Ok, I had the same problem with my 2016 Clubman, I saw part of what the dealer did to rectify it. Just above the fridge is a small wooden panel with those stick on things to hide the screws.
Remove the stickers then the screws and the panel. I think he was then able to remove the fridge display panel and get his arm in with some pipe pliers and tighten the nut. It was a very simple job and took less than 10 mins
