I think this would depend very largely on what you mean by caravan interiors. If you just mean the upholstery, then there are probably many who could do this, but if you mean the whole interior you would have to ask yourself whether it was worth it.

I suspect that most restorations are probably DIY based as labour charges can be horrendous but materials relatively cheap. A major restoration could easily well exceed the cost of a replacement caravan in decent condition.
