Our 2011 Madrid suffers from water leaks in the front side lockers. I am given to understand this is due to the use of the toilet locker being used for this but turned sideways so the drain holes are at the side rather than the bottom.
Previous owner has had the base of the lockers covered with a plastic membrane and sealed in, apparently a mod done by Bailey but water still collects between this and the removable plastic tray which appears to be coming in through the locker doors.
Has anyone else suffered from this situation and if so was there a cure ?

Is the van still covered by Bailey warranty ?

Cant recall if it was 6 or 10 year water ingress warranty....

It was one of those with a 10 yhear warranty but unfortunately the previous owner did not keep up the service history

would it be possible to fill the drain holes to the side and drill out some at the bottom of the door?

Hi
Had a mark 1 Barcelona, with the same problem.
Water also comes in via the grab handles as well.

Just make sure everything is sealed properly.
The drain holes in our mark 2 lockers, are more of a ventthan a hole.
Maybe that would be better?
