If you have a bulkhead regulator you need the correct pigtail hose for the gas bottle and a propane bottle. The fittings on butane and propane bottles are different so you need the appropriate hose.

Quite a good thing to do if you are contemplating camping during the winter months because butane does not work when it gets cold !!

If your regulator is the type that just goes on the top of the bottle, all you need to change is the regulator. Any caravan dealer or Calor gas dealer will have them, and they are not expensive. There is no need to change the hose with this type unless it is due for replacement anyway.

With a bulkhead regulator you do not need any other one.
