hi i have a power touch mover on my freedom jetstream. i have never used one before as im new to caravan game. anyway i charged the battery for a couple hours and turned the red plastic key on to which the motor moved to the wheels. i then tried to turn off but the motor didnt move back do you think thi could be due to not enough charge?

hi your battery needs to be fully charged also check the battery in the remote itself should show green light. Any issues contact power touch they usually very good. hope that helps

yes thanks yea new remote battery i have left van to charge over night now give it a good boost hopefully
