This would be better in the Motorhome/caravan section , this is the abroad section.
However, I typed in the description you stated and there are numerous topics on the Internet
You will need gain access to knock out the defective piece with a 'drift' or some such tool that is slightly smaller in diameter than the pin/hole. I don't have a Powrtouch one but mine broke on my Enduro mover.
Knock the new one in gently so that you don't damage the end of it.

Teach a man to fish and you can get rid of him for a whole weekend.
If you are referring to the hollow pin through the actuating bar I knocked broken piece out with a pin Punch and replaced it with a Cap head screw with a lock nut. This being a solid screw is much stronger

The function of a shear pin is to shear when something is jammed, by fitting a stronger pin you're likely to cause more damage further down the line

The pin I was referring to is not a shear pin as such but just a commonly used Selok roll pin referred to by powrtouch as power bar pin. As the pin is hardened it is not intended to shear.
