Hi

Our jockey wheel got buckled going up a farm track: does anybody know the correct diameter for the complete telescopic assembly? They seem to vary between 34mm and 60mm.

Just measure the diameter of the existing jockey wheel and buy an exact replacement with the same dimensions. That would be the easiest solution I would have thought.

There is nothing "special" about the chassis, it is one of the standard A;-KO range.

The chassis may not be special but there are different ALKO JW designs - mount to side of chassis, mount centre of A frame, Premium JW totally different mounting from others.
So take it with you is sound advice

Also the wheel size varies, wheel on my sisters sprite is quite large.

Thought that maybe a good idea when I fitted the mover until i saw it snag a speedbump on a campsite.

Extra 1" or so in diameter but less ground clearance also.
