Just bought caravan after 20+ years without one. Its a 2013 van, was serviced in 2018 but has been stood for a year so I need to get it serviced.
Any idea how much it should cost and any recomendations for somewhere in North Wales?
I'd opt for an engineer on the Approved Workshop scheme or with the MCEA.

I don't disagree with Jax365 on possibly only a habitation service, but if the van is "new to you", I'd personally want a full service which includes gas safety check etc. Prices will vary, but as an example, I pay £160 fully inclusive for my single axle annual service with a mobile engineer.
Full service and damp check on our caravan has just cost us £187 that's with a mobile approved workshop
Sadly we are being g forced to put it up for sale due to my mobility problems, and the fact that we have only managed to use it for one week this year due to us having to care for my elderly Dads needs.

Agree with the others, I don't see the point in dragging the van to a dealer only to be charged 30 or 40% more. We use a local mobile (NCC Approved) engineer.
We paid £165 for a full service, and the Swift warranty was preserved witnessed by the fact that major warranty repairs have since been carried out. (Had the enitre rear panel replaced on a 2014 van last year)
I have used Olympic Caravan Services for the last 2 years. You will have to contact for price(s). He is very knowledgeable (being a caravaner himself) many years experience and an Approved Workshop (AWS) so your warranty remains intact.
He is based in the Wrexham area so not sure if that's close enough to you or the distance you are away from there.
