It might well be right. The tyre has a max load rating and a max pressure. If it is loaded to its max load then it will need the max pressure. However, if it is loaded to only 80% load it will only require 80% pressure.
I suspect that different tyre manufacturers may have a different load rating and max pressure than another manufacturer. So the pressure could be different for the same size tyre.
Add I the factor of a variable load in the vehicle. MTPLM is the max load but yours may be 100kg less than that or maybe more. That will require a different pressure.
Many car manufacturers quote different pressures depending on whether a car is lightly or heavily loaded.
