My Sister in Law bought an Avondale, it's an older 'van and is fitted with a Thetford C200 cassette loo. She asked me "where does the pink fluid go?" I had assumed it would be the same as my later Swift van -ie diluted and poured into the little hatch above the main cassette hatch/door. But lo and behold, there's no small hatch to be found.
The toilet unit has a flush feature, so I guess it fills direct from the Aquaroll, but where does the pink fluid go?
As I said, possibly a dumb question, but having never owned one of these older units, I've done the ususal Google searches but so far I'm still at a loss
I have an old Avondale Dart 2000 with a C200, the blue loo (and pink if used) goes direct into the cassette through the seal when opened. The flush is direct and the water comes from the aquaroll (no holding tank). The water pump needs to be switched on.
You've confirmed what I thought, no flush holding tank means nowhere to put the Pink fluid. I suppose they could either dilute some in a container and flush the loo "manually" or run a little bit of pink fluid in with the water whilst flushing.
