Hi, don't know if you have tried your LED light units yet - but you may have bigger problems....
I bought LED lamp units for my old trailer board to replace cracked, leaky and intermittent 'bulb' type.
Took ages to rewire the board and when I plugged it in the car electrics went berserk..!
All the board lamps lit at once and then car lamps started flashing on and off... Checked all wiring more than once - same result..
The LED's interfere with the CANBUS lighting control system on my 2009 car. The car computer just cannot match to the very high resistance of the LED's compared to the relatively low resistance of bulbs.
Beware of canbus gremlins.
