Sounds like the heater element needs to be replaced but I would check the switch and wiring first. I presume you have it on hook up at the moment.

basic check, the temperature setting. Not got a lunar but on the last van the water and the heating sort of worked together.

Check it is actually turned on! There is often a separate switch to isolate the electric input. This often gets turned off during a service or by little fingers.
