Our caravan is in storage but I need to buy a new fridge freezer for the awning to be kept inside it when not in use - if anyone has the same caravan would you mind measuring the door opening to see what I'll squeeze through please? I've found one that's 48cm wide - am pretty sure that'll go through - but I've found a better one that's 50cm and not sure it'll get through or not?

Goodness I’m glad I asked! Is yours the same year and model?
No it's a 2010 but coachman never changed their design for about 15 years it worked so they never changed it so door will be the same. Also most coachman doors will be same width that's how to keep prices down one size fits all.
I have looked at a 3 year newer van like ours it was just the same only driffent coloured seating and curtains, so kept ours. We love our van but have down lots of little jobs to make it better.
Someone I once knew had a brand new Coachman caravan and were having problems with the fridge. It could have been any make of caravan for that matter but getting to the point, they sent a guy out twice to undertake a repair so I asked why they didn't just replace the fridge with a new one as it's under warranty. The answer I received was they would but it won't fit through the door as the fridges are fitted along with other furniture to the structure side prior to assembly. However, I was also told that it will fit through the front window but the dealers don't want the customer to know that. What I'm saying is that all caravan doors are identical in size but there may be an option by measuring your front window as it may be an alternative to getting the old fridge out and a new one in.
Sorry but all caravan doors are not an identical size.
Our Lunar Clubman was one size, next van a Coachman VIP was wider, next van An Adria Adora Isonzo was slightly wider again.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

I was talking about coachman caravans but I am fairly sure that if you checked lunar caravans of around the same age you will find they are all the same size.
If you see caravans beening made the doors are all cut on same jig with different sizes for different manufacturers.
