If the wheel is like our Unicorn Cadiz and previous Vigo the wheel sits on the left side of the A Frame.
When wound up the yoke holding the wheel should be in the slots in the the top part of the jockey wheel, it doesn't flap about. The actual wheel can rotate on its axle. The wheel sits close to the fairing and can mark it, especially if a bigger or tubed wheel is fitted. Not the best design.
On the last van I put some clear sticky plastic on the side of the fairing to protect it.
On some vans the wheel goes up under the a frame near the centre, we had a Pageant Burgundy which did that. If yours is that type it may have a replacement jockey wheel.
Some people have mentioned wheels unwinding on tow and use a bungy on the handle to the a frame to stop it.
