Can anyone help we have a Caravan Swift Sprite 2018 we have a drip from the tap in the shower, this is constant all day and all night filling the shower tray with small amounts of water. It looks like we will have to replace the whole unit. Has anyone else had this problem at all. Our caravan is in storage so cant tow it to the main dealer to take a look. Any advice is much appreciated.

The main reason for a drip, if from the shower head, will be the cartridge in the tap easy to replace

If it's dripping for that length of time it sounds like it's got a faulty ceramic cartridge internally as cliffbrown says. There are YouTube videos on how to open up the tap and replace it. One or two different diameter and seal combinations are available so get the right one, eBay is where I got my 35mm one, much cheaper than the OEM. You should be able to open and remove the old one to see which one you need, then put it back, (albeit still dripping) to use until the replacement arrives.
