Fridge & water heater repairs can be expensive unless you have the expertise to diy. If you only intend to stop on campsites with Ehu then no need need to fix fridge to run on gas if it runs ok on mains & if you can live without hot water then just new tyres & get your gas bottle sorted. By “gauge” do you mean the regulator which is fixed in back of gas locker ? Get that changed & a new pigtail for gas bottle & you are good to go.
Regarding the above post, it's not quite true about not needing your fridge to run on gas if you only use sites with mains electricity. If the outside temperature during the summer months exceeds about 28 degrees Celsius then the fridge will struggle to keep food cold therefore it's recommended to switch over to gas till the outside temperature drops to below 28 degrees again. It's not often this happens in the UK but you have to be prepared for the unexpected otherwise it could mean disposing of foods which could have been avoided. A few people have been caught out by this merely because they don't know these critical facts about 3 way fridges.
