Hi can anyone help, I found these in my caravan, no idea what they are for, they look like 12v cigarette lighter type adapter, but the hole in the end is blank.

They are spare 'cigarette lighter' plugs. You make your own cable connections to them for whatever 12v device you want to power. Be aware they usually are not capable of coping with more than 6-8A (75-100W load) without risk of melting, and your caravan may have an even lower, say 5A fuse on the socket supply!
You need to dismantle them to make the internal cable connections for your appliance, sometimes screw terminals, sometimes solder terminals.
