Hi all. My ws3000 hitch has come up too far and I can’t seem to push it back down. Am I missing something. Thanks in advance. See pic.

A while since I had a Winterhoff hitch, but if I remember correctly you need to apply good upward pressure at the inside top of the hitch (i.e. where the top of the towball would sit) to enable the handle to be pushed down. Should be able to do this with your fingers, a dummy towball or wooden stick.
