I have a whale space heater that works in electric no problem and gas but only if I do the reset first.

Once I do the reset it lights fine then once it reaches temperature and goes of the only. Way it comes bk on is to do the reset again then its fine.
Also the fan setting is the same if I come to the van after a week say or we been out then come to turn fan on it revs up then stops red light and keeps doing this only way to get it 69 work is the reset again

I think you need to contact Gary at Arc Systems for advice or get a qualified caravan engineer to sort it out safely.
