I have a pegeout boxer symbol 2000, 1st trip out this year and it wouldn’t hold water leaked from underneath very close to the drain tap but also further back below the fridge.
Problem for me would be where on earth do I start to look for a leak I have no clue? Any help appreciated for a total novice or should I go straight to the garage 😬?

Check the dump valve under the heater. There have been some recent hard frosts.
Is the drain plug seated properly?

Is there a chance the frost has split a pipe or forced a fitting apart? Has it been full of water over winter?

Pretty sure the drain plug is the round plug thingy in the bottom left corner in your photo.

Also I think there is a non return valve in that heater but can't remember where. They easily get damaged by frost if the drain plug was not removed over winter.
