Hi, does anyone know of a motor mover that will fit a fleurette tameris 38 pop top caravan. I have a motorised jocky wheel but it is useless on even the slight slope from road to drive due to lack of weight on wheel so it just spins.
therefor a proper motor mover working on caravan wheels is required
I've just Googled 'caravan motor mover fitting Wales' and it came up with quite a few results, some will come to you.
Probably best to get in touch with the closest first and then they could possibly come out and look at the job and advise.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!

Hi there. I have a Trigano Silver 380DD caravan which is from the same design school as the Tamaris and shares the same basic chassis design, in particular that they both have a low ground clearance and restricted room for a mover.
My Trigano is fitted with a Reich Move Control Compact which is now a discountinued model, superceded (I believe) by the Reich Easydriver Pro range which are very similar in design and appearance. The benefit of the Reich unit is that it fits very nicely to the Trigano chassis and leaves a good clearance from the ground and remains tucked nicely from general view.
I have serviced and partly dismantled the Reich mover units myself and find them to be of good build quality and simple yet effective design. They are certainly superior in most respects to an alternative brand that I had on my previous Pennine camping unit but that superiority is reflected in the price (naturally!)
You may well find that the Reich unit fits the bill for your Fleurette if you can tolerate the £1000+ price tag.
