Car/ caravan switch if fitted set to van?
Is there a 12v master switch which needs to be on?
Unlikely to be mains but check rcd and circuit breakers.
There may be a sneaky in line fuse in the positive lead from the battery, not always easy to find , guess how I know?
Have a good look at the wiring from the battery positive in case there is one.

My caravan had an in-line fuse near the battery box under the seat. I had a bit of an intermittent connection due to corrosion of the fuse-holder so I replaced it with a 12 volt DC circuit breaker like those I used to have on my boat.
As Dave says, it's tucked away and not with the other fuses, and not always easy to find.
Test battery voltage with meter and try at various points in caravan wiring loom you will then probably discover a corroded terminal a break in the wire or a hidden blown fuse or a really bad earth connection
Hi thank you everyone. I have checked battery that’s fine ,main in to converter fine and 12volt out to fuses box fine but when testing 12v out of fuses the only one showing 10a is the battery fuse know power from the rest fuse .any ideas . Dose anyone know a good caravan electrician. I live in sundridge near Sevenoaks Kent
Best bet is to get in touch with local caravan dealers and ask who they use for their electric work as not a lot of dealers do that sort of work themselves, well not the complicated stuff.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
It is a shame that you do not live closer to me in Gosport as I do the complicated stuff and offer a full Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR, used to be PIR) as I am trained by the National Caravan Council.
