Sorry, can't assist with how to specifically remove as unfamiliar with that particular van, BUT if typical 3-way fridge, you will likely have two 12v supply cables (one from leisure battery/control box, one from tow hitch 12v supply), a 240v 'mains' supply that may be via a conventional 13A plug and socket (just unplug it!), or it may be hard wired into a junction box (need terminals disconnecting). You will almost certainly have a gas supply on rigid metal piping.
Not sure that most of those connections (certainly not gas pipe!) have enough slack to allow pulling fridge out of installed position before disconnecting! Think you need to find out where access is to the various connections with fridge in situ, before attempting to remove, sometimes they can be accessed from outside through one of the vent holes after removing grill. There may be a gas isolation valve somewhere in the pipe run from the gas regulator - but ENSURE gas is off before disconnecting pipes!
With a mix of gas and electrics, general advice is leave the dis-connection/re-connection stuff to a professional or very experienced/knowledgeable type, not good place for novices to be tinkering, lives/well being at stake if you get it wrong!
