The powertouch mover on my van has stopped working
I have a new leisure battery and changed the battery in they handset
When I turn the master switch on the green light comes on the box turn the handset set on the main light comes on when I press the control the green light goes off in the handset but the red light does not come on the box
Any ideas what is happening
If no one comes up with a solution the people at Powrtouch are very helpful.

It could be that you have to "pair" the handset with the unit again after changing the battery - it's easy to do (if you don't have the handbook you'll find useful video instructions on you-tube.)
Remote should not need pairing on changing battery, changed ours many times. With the rollers off the wheels switch the main switch on. Go inside caravan and put a test meter on the two main input terminals of the control box and note voltage. Then press remote to operate the rollers and note the voltage. If it drops below 11 volts will not operate. Therefore check connections from battery to control box are good. Often the problem is the isolator switch not making a good connection and changing it solves the problem.

When you turn on the hand unit the green light comes on nice and bright but when you press one of the mover buttons the green light goes off and the button you have pressed shows red is this right
