If an Alko chassis, and I'm pretty sure it is, but check your owner's hand book for details, then they are factory prepared with necessary holes for accessories like spare wheel carriers etc., in fact you are not permitted to modify chassis by drilling etc.!
Check your weights, with the extra weight of the carrier and potentially the shift of position of the wheel, it may mean readjusting your nose weight!
TBH, the Alko under slung spare wheel carrier is an awful device (I've got one!), it's a pig to use, as, stiff (even when properly lubricated), unwieldy, and very heavy in a position that is difficult to reach and work with, and if nearside puncture, requires jacking up of caravan BEFORE you can extract spare wheel for use as access clearance marginal at best of times! If you have no intention of fitting your own spare wheel and getting a breakdown service to do it for you, then you won't be concerned about the problems and may consider the gained underbed space of more worth.
A number of people do the exact reverse of what you are considering, and REMOVE an already fitted carrier to save precious load weight, and stow wheel inside to give better access if/when needed!
