its your water heater for when on ehu
I’d be inclined to agree. It’s good that it’s so visible - it took us a week touring before we found our “immersion heater” switch right at the back of the wardrobe.

I also agree that it's the hot water ON/OFF switch when connected to mains electricity. The red light in the rocker switch should illuminate when the heater element is switched ON.
That is what we call a Fused Connection Unit or FCU for short. The little rectangle has a cartridge fuse in it like in a 13Amp plug.
It's used to connect a fixed piece of equipment in a more permanent way than plugging it in to a 13 Amp socket.
So water heater or electric heater would be a very likely fixed piece of equipment connected like this. In buildings we normally specify them to be engraved with their purpose.
ok that picture is easy to explain, its the controls for your warm air heating, it has 2000, 1000 and 500 marked depending on what wattage is available from the ehu supply, to select it you turn the outer ring and will feel a click, you can then go to your fire and select the settings required for the level of heating needed.
The black part is for when you are using your gas water heater, it selects the temp of the water, however before using it make sure the cover on the outside of the caravan has been removed or you will find that your recovering the cover about 50 yrds away when it blows off with a bang!
